How and when is commission paid?
Commission is calculated on the 1st of every month and paid to your nominated bank account within 5 business days. You earn 12% of each referred client's subscription fee for 12 months from their first payment.
What is the cookie window?
When someone clicks your partner link, a 30-day cookie is set. If they sign up within 30 days the referral is attributed to you, even if they close the browser and return later.
Can I refer existing clients?
Yes. If you have clients who already need a registered office address you can share your partner link with them. The referral is tracked from the moment they sign up through your link.
Is there a minimum referral number?
No minimum. You earn commission from your very first referral. There is also no maximum, refer as many clients as you like.
What happens if a client cancels?
Commission stops when the client's subscription ends. If they cancel mid-month you receive commission for that month. If they later resubscribe through your link, commission resumes.
