Our regulatory status
Basely Virtual is registered with HMRC as a Trust and Company Service Provider (TCSP) under the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds Regulations 2017 (MLRs 2017).
This means we carry out full Anti-Money Laundering (AML) identity verification on every customer before activating services. We verify government-issued photo ID and proof of address, and for company customers, we identify beneficial owners and persons with significant control (PSCs).
